实验性大鼠腮腺细胞缺血再灌注Bcl-2、Bax的表达

目的：探讨Bcl-2、Bax在实验性大鼠腮腺导管细胞、腺泡细胞的表达与细胞形态学改变的关系。方法：采用颈总动脉结扎建立腮腺缺血再灌注模型，用光镜、免疫组化的方法，观察腮腺腺泡细胞形态学改变及。Bcl-2、Bax的表达差别。结果：实验组在缺血再灌注早期，开始出现形态学改变，中期明显，后期渐修复。在假手术对照组与实验组，Bcl-2在腺泡上皮细胞中表达强于导管上皮细胞；Pax在导管上皮细胞中表达早期强于腺泡上皮细胞。结论：实验性腮腺缺血再灌注大鼠腮腺导管细胞有形态学改变；Bcl-2在腺泡上皮细胞内表达高于导管细胞，Bax在导管细胞表达早期高于腺泡细胞，导管细胞可能比腺泡细胞更容易发生凋亡。

EXPRESSION OF BCL-2 AND BAX IN RAT PAROTID GLAND IN EXPERIMENTAL REPERFUSION AFTER ISCHEMIA

Objective: To investigate the relationship between the expression of Bel-2 and Bax and morphological changes in rat parotid gland cells in experimental ischemia and reperfusion. Methods: The rat model was established by neck artery tieing. Morphological changes of parotid gland cells and the difference of the expression of Bcl-2 and Bax were observed by light microscope and immunohistochemistry method. Results: In the earlier time of parotid glands injured of ischemia and reperfusion, the morphological changes occured. It became obvious in middle phase. Repairing occurred at last in the experimental group. In the central group and experimental group, the expression of Bcl-2 in acinar cells was higher than that in ductal cells, the expression of Bax in ductal cells was higher than that in acinar cells in the earlier time. Conclusion; There are some morphological changes in the parotid gland cells in experimental ischemia and reperfusion. Bcl-2 expressed higher in acinar cells than in ductal cells. Bax expressed higher in ductal cells than in cinar cells in the earlier time. Apoptosis happened easier in ductal cells than in acinar cells.
