| 摘 要： | 目的通过对两种型号国产Ⅱ级生物安全柜进行检测,为有效评价生物安全柜提供参考。方法依据国家相关标准对产品进行物理及生物学检测。结果两种型号Ⅱ级生物安全柜的相关物理指标均符合国家标准,生物气溶胶攻击浓度均>300CFU/皿。结论我国的新出厂产品符合物理标准,能够对样品、人员及环境有效保护。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the protective effectiveness, two type II biosafety cabinetries madein China were detected. Methods The physical and biological parameters were detected based onrelated standards. Result The physical parameters of two type II biosafety cabinetries matched nationalstandards, and gasoloid density was exceed 300 CFU/Dish . Conclusion The products made in Chinais availabl to safeguard experimental material, personnel and environment. |
