| 摘 要： | 根据某石化厂制氢装置的实际应用,介绍了制氢装置的控制策略,重点论述了原料气压力控制及往复压缩机的气量无极调节系统,装置负荷及水碳比控制方案,并介绍了转化炉出口温度控制,中变气换热流程中换热器出口温度控制,变压吸附程序控制,制氢装置联锁保护方案等,合理的控制方案和联锁功能,可以提高装置运行的经济性和管理水平。

| Abstract: | The control strategy of the hydrogen production unit is introduced according to the actual application in one petrochemical plant.The feed gas pressure control,gas stepless capacity control system of reciprocating compressor,load and water to carbon ratio control scheme are discussed with emphasis.The outlet temperature control for conversion furnace,the outlet temperature control of heat exchanger in the process of medium temperature gas heat exchange,pressure swing absorbing program control,interlock protection scheme for hydrogen production unit are introduced.The economy and management for the unit operation can be improved through reasonable control scheme and interlock function. |
