摘    要:为了研究克拉玛依环烷基高压加氢基础油光安定性劣化的主要成因,本文采用红外光谱(IR)和核磁共振(NMR)分析手段,分析了环烷基高压加氢基础油及其相应芳烃组分、光照沉淀物的烃组成和结构。通过对比各试样的光谱图及结构参数的变化可知,基础油经过强紫外光照射后发生了氧化缩合反应,生成了酸类化合物并逐渐产生沉淀,沉淀物主要由多环短侧链芳香烃所形成。研究表明:克拉玛依环烷基高压加氢基础油光安定性劣化及产生光照沉淀的原因是由极性芳烃造成的,其中多环短侧链芳烃的影响占主导因素。
