摘    要:建立了单相全桥电压型SPWM(Sinusoidal Pulse-width modulation,正弦脉宽调制)逆变器的数学模型,分析了设置死区时系统中IGBT(Insulated-Gate BipolarTransistor,绝缘栅双极晶体管)的通断状态,用MATLAB/Simulink中的基础模块模拟逆变器的工作状态、死区效应、死区补偿和控制系统,用数学分析和实验波形对仿真结果进行了验证.该方法可用于揭示逆变器的死区效应,补偿效果和控制系统的静、动态响应.

Abstract:Mathematical model for a single-phase full-bridge voltage-source inverter was established.Switch conditions of IGBTs were analyzed when dead-time was set.Basic modules in MATLAB/Simulink were used to simulate the inverter's working states,dead-time effect,dead-time compensation effectiveness and the corresponding control system.Theory derivations and physical experiments validate the simulation results.The method proposed could demonstrate the inverter's dead time effect,the compensation effectiveness,as well as the static and dynamic responses of the control system.
