一些国家铁路货运组织模式改革及启示

The shortfall of the railway freight transport capacity at present has affected the economic development and the tense situation of the coal transportation in 2004 has further given prominence to the problem of insufficient railway freight transport capacity. It is essential to accelerate the new railway line construction, which however needs longer period of time. Nevertheless, the freight transport capacity of the current railway facilities can further tapped by reforming the mode of the freight transport organization, regulating the layout of the freight transport stations and centralizing the freight transport. The successful experiences of the foreign countries are available. Analyses are carried out on the reform of the mode of railway freight transport organization in some countries and the enlightenment to the railway freight transport in China.
