摘    要:为综合回收四川某铜矿尾矿中的低品位难选磷灰石,研制了新型捕收剂ZP-02,通过单矿物试验证实了ZP-02比油酸及氧化石腊皂具有更强的捕收能力和更好的选择性,并确定了水玻璃是欲分离脉石矿物石英的有效抑制剂,适宜的矿浆pH值为10。在单矿物试验的基础上,对实际尾矿样进行浮选试验,获得了P20,品位为25.32%、回收率为69.87%的磷精矿,实现了该尾矿中磷灰石的有效分选。对ZP-02中表面活性剂的增溶增效机理和水玻璃对石英的抑制机理进行了分析。

Abstract:To comprehensively recover the low grade refractory apatite from certain Sichuan copper railings, new collector ZP-02 was developed. Through single mineral test, it was verified that ZP-02 had stronger collecting ability and better selectivity compared with oleic acid and oxidized paraffin and it was determined that sodium silicate was the effective depressor of quartz, the gangue to be separated, and the suitable pH value of the pulp was 10. Based on the single mineral test, flotation test was made on the real railings sample, which obtained a phosphorous concentrate with a 25.37% P2O5 grade and 69.87% recovery, thus realizing an efficient separation of apatite from the railings. Analysis was made of the mechanism of solution and eficiency increase of surfactant in ZP-02 and the supression mechanism of sodium silicate on quartz.
