泵站开敞式进水流道试验研究

摘    要:本文在实验台试验基础上,提出了泵站开敞式进水池最佳平面形状与适宜的尺寸。当开敞进水流道边界形状与水流流线形状一致时,获得最佳进水池形式为心形或半圆形。喇叭口悬空高合理取值范围为(0.3-0.5)D,后壁距在0.25D以内,临界淹没水深hs<0.8D,进水池池宽采用2.5D时,水泵装置效率可达60.5-60.9%,水泵效率测量综合误差为2.5%。

Abstract:Although a lot of expriments have been made on plane shape and the dimensions of the sump of pumping station at home and abroad, the views on it are still inconsistent, and theoretical analysis are conspicuous lack of main data of sump design. Based on expriments, in this paper the best plane shapes and suitable dimensions of sump are presented, including clearance height, back wall distance, immerse depth of the suction bell and sump width etc. These data may be referential for design in pumping station. In this paper, these are not only measurable data, but also some theoretical analyses, which are good materials for further research.
