摘    要:风力发电机组混凝土塔架结构非常复杂,塔门的存在对整体塔筒的力学特性有着不可忽视的影响,因此有必要进行门洞处水平承载力研究。参照《高耸结构设计规范》(GB50135-2006)、《烟囱设计规范》(GB50051-2013)和美国混凝土协会标准(ACI307-08)进行预应力混凝土塔架门洞处截面极限状态验算,对比了不同规范所采用的计算方法的优缺点。采用ANSYS建立了相应的预应力混凝土塔架有限元模型,对决定截面抗弯承载力的一个重要影响因素进行了数值研究,即受压区的半角系数α或ACI308-08标准中采用的中性轴角度α。结果表明,采用《高耸结构设计规范》并结合《混凝土结构设计规范》进行预应力混凝土塔架门洞截面处的承载力极限状态验算具有一定的借鉴性,与有限元模拟结果接近。

Abstract:The reinforced concrete tower is a very complex structure in the wind turbine system.The working hole,as a key part,significantly affects the mec hanical performance for the whole structure.In this paper,according to the specifications in Code for Design of High-rising Structures(GB 50135-2006),Code for Design of Chimneys(GB 50051--2013)and ACI Standard Specification for the Design and Construction of Reinforced Concrete Chimneys(ACI 307-08),the limnit states of ultimate bearing capacity of the structure were computed.The advantages and limitations of the engineering methods speeified in the above three codes were thoroughly discussed.Moreover,numerical models of the reinforced concrete tower were established in the software ANSYS,which is a commercial software based on the finite element method(FEM).By performing numerical analyses,a crucial factor which influences the horizontal bearing capacity of the reinforced concrete tower was investigated.From this study,it was indicated that by adopting the calculating methods in Code for Design of High-rising Structures and Code for Design of Concrete Structures,the limit states of ultimate bearing capacity at the cross-section of the hole in the reinforced concrete tower has certain references,which is considerably con-sistent with that from the FEM results.
