电力系统连锁故障评估综述

摘    要:比较全面地对系统连锁故障发生、演化机理以及预防措施进行了综述。首先阐述了连锁故障发生原因和产生机理;其次从系统宏观和微观物理特性的角度将故障模型分为基于复杂网络理论和基于电力系统理论两大类。对连锁故障模型进行详细分析,给出了不同模型的实现方式以及存在的缺陷,并进一步指出了由于电网所具有的存在复杂性和演化复杂性,使得准确对连锁故障的演化机理进行研究存在较大困难。最后提出了预防及缓解大停电事件的有效方法和途径。

Abstract:The occurrence causes,evolution mechanism and preventive measures of cascading failures in a power system are reviewed in detail.Firstly,the occurrence causes and generation mechanism of cascading failures are introduced.Then in view of the macro-and micro-physical properties of the power system,the failure models are divided into two categories which are based on complex network theory and power system theory respectively.Each failure model is analyzed in detail,and the implementation styles and the existing limitations are presented.Furthermore,due to the existence complexity and evolution complexity of the power system,the great difficulties indeed exist to assess the evolution mechanism of cascading failures accurately.Finally,the effective measures to prevent and mitigate major blackouts are proposed.
