摘    要:利用有限元软件ABAQUS建立了热采井井筒热应力耦合的瞬态分析模型。分析结果表明,注汽初始阶段套管内会产生较大的热应力;由于套管材料的膨胀系数大于水泥环的膨胀系数,在注汽过程中水泥环限制了套管的热膨胀,从而在套管外壁产生较大的热应力;经过几轮蒸汽吞吐,套管上会积累较高的残余应力。该分析为建立合理的热采井套管损坏预防措施提供可靠的依据。

Abstract:The transient analysis model of thermal-stress coupling in steam injection well is established by finite element software ABAQUS. The results show that high thermal stress is generated in casing at the beginning of steam injection.Because coefficient of expansion of casing is a little bigger than cement's,expansion of casing is confined by cement in steam injection and high thermal stress is generated on external wall of casing.After some steam stimulations,high residual stress is accumulated in casing.The analysis in this paper provides dependable reference to set up preventive measures for casing failure in steam injection well.
