中、高温酸化两相厌氧发酵处理牛粪的试验

摘    要:通过中、高温酸化两相厌氧发酵处理牛粪,探讨中、高温酸化(中温酸化35℃、高温酸化55℃)处理牛粪对产酸相挥发性脂肪酸(VFA)和产气特性的影响。结果表明,和高温酸化相比,中温酸化在产气速度、VFA等方面有优势,二者总产气量无显著差异。由于高温酸化需要消耗较多的能源在经济上不利,因此在两相厌氧处理畜禽粪便方面,中温酸化更有优势。

Abstract:By using two-phase anaerobic fermentation technology treated the cow dung at 35 ℃ and 55 ℃,this article discussed the effect of these technologies on the VFA yield and the characteritics of gas productivity.The results showed that the biogas production speed and VFA of mesophilic acidification were higher than that of thermophilic acidification,while the total biogas production had no significant difference between them.Because high temperature meant more energy,which was not feasible in economy,so acidification at 35 ℃ was advisable in the treatment of dung of livestock when using two-phase anaerobic fermentation technology.
