摘    要:介绍了基于液压机械手的自动浇灌装置的系统结构、工作过程,完成了液压系统、PLC控制系统的设计,编写了FX1N-24MT可编程控制器下的控制程序。该绿化带自动浇灌装置以PLC为控制核心,采用液压缸、步进电机和洒水喷头为主要执行元件,保证了设备的可靠性和灵活性。

Abstract:In this paper, the structural design and working process of an automatic watering device based on hydraulic manipulator for green belt was introduced, the design of the hydraulic system and PLC system was described in detail, and the control program of the manipulator based on FX1N-24MT programmable controller was presented. Taking PLC as the control center, the hydraulic cylinder, the stepping-motor and the sprinkler head as the main executive elements, the automatic watering device for green belt is of high reliability and flexibility, as well as the strong anti-jamming ability.
