| 摘 要： | 目的观察三维CT引导下半月神经节射频热凝术治疗三叉神经痛临床疗效。方法 ：方法在三维CT引导下应用改良的Hartel法经前入路卵圆孔穿刺半月神经节,术中电刺激试验验证靶点,在局麻或全身麻醉下进行靶点射频温控毁损。结果本组56例患者术后疼痛完全消失54例,2例患者疼痛减轻,仅需口服常规剂量药物即能控制疼痛,治愈率96.43%;54例术后出现面部麻木、2例术后患区窜跳痛、12例咀嚼力减弱、6例头痛眩晕,未发生严重并发症。结论 CT引导下半月神经节射频热凝术治疗原发性三叉神经痛安全可靠,效果显著,可减少穿刺过程因深度或方向掌握不当产生的并发症。
