| 摘 要： | 溶液前驱体等离子喷涂(SPPS)是将雾化的溶液前驱体注入等离子焰流制备陶瓷涂层的新工艺,采用该工艺可以制备出具有新型结构的热障涂层。利用XRD和SEM分析了涂层相结构和微观结构。研究结果表明:采用SPPS制备的7YSZ涂层为亚稳四方相结构,涂层具有无层间界面、孔隙均匀分布和穿透整个涂层厚度的垂直裂纹等特征。未分解溶液前驱体在基体或涂层中进一步分解产生的拉应力是在TBCs中产生垂直裂纹的关键因素。 |

| Abstract: | Solution Precursor Plasma Spray(SPPS)method is a new process for depositing ceramic coatings,where the atomized solution precursor is injected into plasma jet. The new process can produce thermal barrier coatings with novel microstructures. The phase composition and microstructure of the coatings were characterized with XRD and SEM.
