Rijke-ZT型脉动锅炉燃烧系统分析

摘    要:通过对Rijke—ZT型脉动锅炉燃烧系统的试验分析,得出以下结论:(1)采用变截面方法可以减少声能在管口的损失,减小长径比;(2)两端收口后的Rijke-ZT型燃烧器长径比明显缩小,工作频率不再满足1/2波长管特性,燃烧器的加热面位置也不同于直管Rijke脉动燃烧器;(3)用一维声传播传递矩阵法能方便地估算Rijke-ZT型脉动燃烧器的脉动频率,其误差范围在10%以内;(4)只要脉动工作频率低于尾管的截止频率,尾管内就只能形成一维平面驻波脉动,从而在保证整个Rijke—ZT型脉动燃烧器正常工作的同时,可实现尾管任意角度弯曲。

Abstract:Through experiment and analysis of the combustion system for Rijke - ZT type pulsating boiler, the conclusions obtained are as follows: (1) adopting method of varying cross - sectional area for tubes can reduce the entry / exit loss of acoustic energy of the tubes, and the ratio of length to dwmcter cut be reduced; (2)after shrinking of both ends, the ratio of length to diameter for Rijke- ZT type burners has been significantly reduced, the working frequency doesn't satisfy the requirement of 1/2 wavelength tube any more, the positions of burner heated surface are different from those of the straight ~ tube Rijke pulsating burners; (3) using the transfer matrix method of one - dimensional sound wave propagation, the pulsating frequency of Rijke - ZT type burner can be estimated, and the error to be with in 10% ; (4) so long as the pulsating frequency of the said burner is lower than the cut -off frequency in the tail tube, the one- dimensional plane stationary wave can only be formed in the tail tube, thereby, at the same time of ensuring the entire Rijke - ZT type pulsating burner to be in normal operation, bend with arbitrary angle of the tail tube can be realised.
