电力系统二次设备风险评估模型和方法

摘    要:针对二次设备的风险评估中无量化评估方法和规范的问题,提出一种量化评估模型和方法,该模型将设备状态评价结果和平均故障概率统计数据进行关联拟合,确定二次设备平均故障概率的计算方法;针对二次设备自身的特点建立基于事件树的可能损失评估模型,并结合设备的平均故障概率和故障引起的等效可能损失计算出设备当前的风险值。实例证明,利用该方法开展风险评估可以合理地反映二次设备的运行风险,其评估结果为科学开展二次设备风险控制等工作提供依据。

Abstract:In accordance that there is no quantative assessment method and regulation in evaluating risks of secondary equipment,a quantative assessment model and method are presented.The model combines assessment result with average probability of failure to determine calculation method for average failure rate of secondary equipment.Potential loss assessment model based on event tree is built in line with characteristics of secondary equipment and present risk value is figured out in combination with average failure rate and equivalent potential loss.It is practically proved that risk assessment by means of this method can reasonably reflect operational risk of secondary equipment,and the assessment result can provide evidence for risk control of secondary equipment.
