摘    要:探讨了在桥梁斜拉索锚具大螺距螺纹加工专用机床的设计研发中,针对于工件和支撑杆构成两个连接悬臂梁的特殊结构在加工时所产生的变形对工件的影响,为了判断机床设计中的两根悬臂梁组成的混合梁结构能否满足实际加工需要,对其进行有限元分析通过NX Nastran有限元分析对悬臂梁结构进行了静力分析,通过在最大载荷作用下变形情况进行分析,对悬臂梁结构的强度和刚度进行检验,最终验证了大螺距螺纹专用机床设计的合理性。
