| 摘 要： | 为弥补由于分组加工带来的烟丝分层和混合均匀度不足的问题,进行了混丝器在分组加工中的应用实验,即在混丝柜后、加香机前加装混丝器,使分组加工后的烟丝经混丝柜混合后,在进行加香前进行第二次混合,研究了混丝器对烟丝结构、填充值及其混合均匀性的影响.结果表明:应用混丝器后,烟丝整丝率降低0.64%,碎丝率增加0.12%,填充值降低0.1 cm3/g,烟丝混合均匀度提高0.96%.
