| 摘 要： | 文章首先对供电可靠性工作的重要性以及影响供电可靠性的主要因素进行了分析，进而阐述了中压电网计划停电工作与供电可靠性工作的紧密关系以及计划停电工作的主要功能特点；其次对目前计划停电管理工作中存在的问题进行了分析，根据实际工作经验提出了在计划停电管理工作中应遵循的主要原则以及确保这些主要原则实施的各种管理措施；最后以大连电业局计划停电管理工作为例，说明了做好计划停电管理工作可以稳步提高供电可靠性。

| Abstract: | The importance of power supply reliability and the major factors that affect the power supply reliability were firstly analyzed, and then the close relation between the scheduled outage of medium voltage power network and the power supply reliability, and the major functions and characteristics of the scheduled outage were elaborated. Secondly, the existent problems in the scheduled outage were analyzed, and according to the actual working experiences, the major principles in the scheduled outage management as well as the management measures for ensuring these major principles for implementing were put forward. Finally, the paper explained that the better management of scheduled outage can improve the power supply reliability as an example of the scheduled outage management in Dalian Electric Power Bureau. |
