| 摘 要： | 对废线路板的危害和废线路板进行处理的必要性以及我国废线路板的来源等进行总结,对线路板的处理方法也进行了概括并对其中具有环保特性的物理处理方法进行了工艺流程的详细较。并对干式物理方法处理废线路板过程中应注意的问题和今后废线路板处理过程的焦点问题给出了作者的看法。

| Abstract: | This paper summarized the dangerous of waste PCB (printed circuited boards) and the necessity of the recovery and reutilization of waste PCB. The methods, which used to treat the waste PCB are listed, include chemical method and physical method. The technique flow of the physical method, which the most popular and environmental friend method being compared. At last the author give their opinion about the development trend and the focus on the recovery and utilization of waste PCB. |
