城乡经济协调发展中的教育均衡问题

改革开放以来,我国城乡经济取得了巨大发展,但在发展的过程中依然存在城乡经济发展不平衡的问题。教育发展的不均衡是造成城乡经济发展不平衡的一个不容忽视的因素。要实施城乡教育均衡发展,其基本策略是通过更新观念,摆脱“城乡二元社会结构”思维的束缚;深化高校招生制度改革,促进农村高中阶段教育的发展;大力发展非正规教育,积极推进农村教育结构多元化,促进城乡经济协调发展。

The Problem of Educational Balance in the Coordinate Development of the Urban and Rural Economy

Since the reform and opening up, the urban and rural economy of our country has developed greatly, but the problem of unbalanced development between the urban and rural economy still exists in the process of the development. The unbalance of the educational development is an un-negligible factor causing the unbalance between the urban and rural economic development. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out the strategy of balanced development of urban and rural education, through renewing the concept to get rid of the yoke of the thought of the “urban-rural dual social structure”; necessary to deepen the reform of the enrollment system of colleges and universities, so as to promote the development of the education of the senior middle school in the rural area; necessary to devote major efforts to developing non-regular education, actively to push on the plurality of the rural educational structure, so as to promote the coordinate development of the urban and rural economy.
