榆林煤作湿法加压气流床气化原料的分析

榆林煤属于高发热量、低灰、低灰熔点、高还原率的优质煤;通过成浆性试验,确定了原煤的粒度分布、添加剂加入量,并测定了料浆的流变特性;分析了原料煤反应活性和煤灰特性对气化操作的影响,并估计了原料煤的气化指标;指出榆林煤是适合湿法加压气化的优良煤种。

Analysis on Yulin coal as feedstock for wet process of gasification in pressurized aerated bed

Yulin coal is a high quality one with high heating value,low ash,low fusion temperature and high reduction reactivity;through its slurryability tests,determined were its particle size distribution,dosage of chemical additives and rheological characteristics;the effect of reactivity of raw coal and ash characteristics on operation of gasification process analyzed and gasification indices estimated;it was denoted that Yulin coal is a good feedstock for wet process of gasification in pressurize aerated bed.
