| Abstract: | This paperStudies the Volterra model which is composed of the interactions of three populations. The local progressive stability around the positive equilibrium point M is discussed by using characteristic Value law, and a necessary and sufficient condition is gained. Using matrix theory and constructing proper Liapunov functions, the sufficient conditions for global stability of point M are obtained simultaneously. |
