广州市某社区中青年痛风和高尿酸血症患病现状调查

目的 调查广州市某社区中青年痛风和高尿酸血症的患病情况,探讨高尿酸血症与高血压、糖尿病、高脂血症的关系.方法 采用分层整群抽样的方法调查广州市荔湾区彩虹社区2016名19～60岁的居民的高尿酸血症和痛风的患病情况.结果 男性平均患病年龄(41.18±11.48)岁,女性(44.85±9.81)岁.男性高尿酸血症的血尿酸水平为(473.53±51.98)μmoL/L,女性为(411.86 4±50.43)±mol/L.男女总计患病率为20.70%,男性27%,女性15.27%.痛风患病率1.43%.结论 广州市荔湾区中青年痛风和高尿酸血症的患病率高于国内其他地区,患病年龄提前,尤其突出的是19～29岁及40～49岁的年龄段.高尿酸血症组体重超重、高血压、高血脂的发生率明显升高,中青年的健康情况堪忧,其饮食生活习惯应予以重视和有效的健康指导.

The epidemiology of hyperuricemia and gout in youth and middle-aged residents in a community of Guangzhou City

Objective To investigate the prevalence of hyperuricemia and gout among youth and middle-aged residents in a community of Guangzhou,and the relationship among hyperuricemia and hypertension,diabetes and hyperlipermia.Methods A stratified cluster sampling was conducted.2016 dwellers among 19-60 years old were investigated.Results The mean age in male was(41.18±11.48)and(44.85±9.81)in female.The prev-alence of hyperuricemia was 20.7% totally.and 27% in male and 15.27% in female.The prevalence of gout was 1.43%.Conclusion The prevalence of hyperuricemia and gout among youth and middle-aged residents in Guang-zhou is higher than other districts in China and the mean age of hyeruricemia has a forward tendency.It is obvious in 19-29 and 40-49 years old.The prevalence of over-weighted-hypertension,and hyperlipemia,is higher than normal in hyperuricemia.Attention should be paid to diet habit and lifestyle.
