阀片侧开新型浮阀塔板水力学试验研究

摘    要:针对板式塔传统上下开启式浮阀应用中的不足,设计了阀片侧开的新型T1阀和T2阀,搭建了实验室水-空气系统水力学试验装置,以新型T1塔板、 T2塔板以及F1塔板、 3D塔板代表的传统塔板为试验塔板,进行干板压降、总板压降、漏液点气速、液泛点气速、气速上限以及气速下限的测定,结合阀片结构和塔内流体流动阻力特点,采用对比方法综合分析了试验数据。结果表明,与F1塔板相比,新型塔板总板压降降低4%~28%;与3D塔板相比,新型塔板总板压降低8%~25%。研究了T1塔板和T2塔板的漏液点气速和液泛点气速,讨论了T1塔板和T2塔板的操作弹性。

Abstract:In view of the shortcomings in the application of the traditional upper and lower opening float valve of the plate tower,a new type of T1 valve and T2 valve with side opening of the valve plate were designed,and a laboratory water-air system hydraulic test device was built.T1 trays,T2 trays,traditional trays represented by F1 trays,and 3 D trays are used as test trays to perform dry plate pressure drop,total plate pressure drop,liquid leakage point gas velocity,liquid flooding point gas velocity,the upper limit of gas velocity and the lower limit of gas velocity were measured,combined with the valve plate structure and the characteristics of fluid flow resistance in the tower,and the test data was comprehensively analyzed by the comparison method.The results show that compared with F1 trays,the total pressure drop of the new trays is reduced by 4%to 28%;compared with 3 D trays,the total pressure drop of the new trays is reduced by 8%to 25%.The gas velocity at the leakage point and the gas velocity at the flooding point of the T1 valve tray and the T2 tray were studied,and the operating flexibility of the T1 tray and the T2 tray was discussed.
