高性能钨合金制备技术研究现状

摘    要:综述了钨合金中添加物种类、粉末制备、粉末压制、粉末烧结等工艺以及钨合金的热处理和形变强化后处理工艺。着重介绍了W-Ni-Fe合金中元素的添加原则及各元素的作用,水热法在制备钨合金纳米粉末中的应用及热等静压法在粉末压制中的优势等,并对钨合金的循环热处理及热挤压形变强化工艺进行了重点阐述。指出大尺寸钨合金的强化、多种化合物的同步液相掺杂、钨合金近净成形以及钨晶须增强的非晶态复合等钨合金制备工艺的发展方向。

Abstract:The kinds of additives in tungsten alloys, powder preparation, powder compaction, powder sintering, heat treatment and post-treatment of deformation strengthening of tungsten alloys are reviewed. The principle of adding elements and their influence in W-Ni-Fe alloy, the application of hydrothermal method in preparing tungsten alloy nano-powder and the advantages of hot isostatic pressing method in powder compaction were emphatically introduced. The cyclic heat treatment and hot extrusion deformation strengthening process of tungsten alloys were emphatically described. Strengthening of large size tungsten alloy and developing trends of preparation technology for tungsten alloy. The developing directions of tungsten alloy preparation technique were pointed out, including the strengthening process of large-size tungsten alloy, the simultaneous liquid phase doping process of various compounds, the near-net forming process of tungsten alloy, the tungsten whisker reinforced amorphous compounding process, and so on.
