摘    要:目的 研究2524铝合金回填式搅拌摩擦点焊接头不同焊接区域的耐腐蚀性能。方法 采用晶间腐蚀实验结合电子扫描显微镜(SEM)及能谱仪(EDS)技术,分析了焊缝处不同区域的微观形貌、腐蚀形貌及腐蚀深度,并对腐蚀机理进行了讨论。结果 搅拌区内的晶粒最为细小,热影响区的晶粒尺寸最大。搅拌区主要为点蚀,最大腐蚀坑深度为2.45 μm;热影响区则发生剥落腐蚀,最大腐蚀深度为45.65 μm。结论 热影响区的耐蚀性最差,腐蚀程度最为严重。
