108例儿童药物不良反应分析

摘要]目的：分析我院儿童药物不良反应（ADR）的发生特点，为临床合理用药提供参考。方法：对我院2015年1月至2017年6月收集的108份儿童药物ADR进行分析、总结。结果：108例儿童ADR中，男62例（57.4%），女46例（42.6%）；静脉给药者居多（94例，占87.04%）；抗感染药物引起的ADR居首位，涉及19种抗感染药物共79例（73.14%），中成药4种共11例（10.18%）；皮肤及其附件损害是ADR最主要的表现，共82例（75.93%）。结论：增强对药物不良反应的防范意识，加强不良反应监测，确保临床安全、有效、合理用药。

Adverse Drug Reactions in 108 Children

Abstract] Objective: To analyze the occurrence characteristics of adverse drug reactions (ADR) in children from our hospital, so as to provide reference for the clinical rational drug use. Methods: Analysis and summary were conducted on 108 children with ADR collected from Jan. 2015 to Jun. 2017 in our hospital. Results: Of the 108 children with ADR, 62 were male (57.4%) and 46 were female (42.6%). Intravenous administration accounted for the majority (94 cases, 87.04%). ADR induced by anti-infective drugs ranked the first, involving 79 kinds of anti-infective drugs (73.14%), and 11 kinds of Chinese patent medicine (11.18%). Skin and its attachment damage were the most essential manifestations of ADR, totally 82 cases (75.93%). Conclusion: It is necessary to enhance the awareness of prevention of adverse drug reactions, strengthen the monitoring of adverse drug reactions, and ensure the safe, effective and rational use of drugs.
