摘    要:目前常用的往复活塞压缩机无级调节气量节能技术主要为部分行程压开进气阀调节和余隙无级调节。结合压缩机气量调节理论与多家用户的应用实践,从作用原理、工艺路线、调节范围、结构特点及压缩机改造部位等方面对2种技术进行了对比与分析,主要结论为,余隙无级调节气量节能技术在产品结构特点、压缩机改造内容方面要简单些,具有一定优势;部分行程压开进气阀调节技术较余隙无级调节技术的气量调节负荷范围宽一些。对比和分析结果将促进2种技术更好地发展和推广。

Abstract:Two energy-saving technologies of regulating capacity in the reciprocating compressors are commonly applied,which are unloaded inlet valve at part stroke and clearance stepless regulation.According to the theory of regulating compressors capacity and the application practices in many factories,a comparison and analysis of the operating principle,process route,adjustment range,structural characteristics,and compressor modification positions of the two technologies were carried out.The main conclusion is that there are some advantages of clearance stepless regulation,such as simple product structures and easy modification contents;and the technology of unloaded inlet valve at part stroke has a wider regulating range.The results of comparison and analysis would develop and promote the two technologies.
