摘    要:根据卫星剩磁测试及磁矩计算的需求,开发了一种基于虚拟仪器的磁测试系统。该系统利用NI PXI硬件平台,通过数字万用表和开关模块的配合,完成对磁通门传感器信号的采集,相对于并行采集可极大减少实际的通道数,降低硬件成本。在LabVIEW平台下开发了测控软件,实现测试过程控制、磁矩计算及数据分析。该测试系统可用于对卫星、单机等航天器进行剩磁测试,为航天器的轨道控制设计提供重要依据,具有可靠性高、使用方便灵活、开发周期短等优点。

Magnetic Measurement System Design for Satellite Based on Virtual Instrument
Abstract:A satellite magnetic testing system has been developed based on virtual instrument in accordance with the requirements of satellite remanence measurement and magnetic moment calculation.The hardware platform of this system is NI PXI which contains a digital multi-meter and a switch module that were used to acquire the signal of flux-gate sensor successfully.Compared with parallel data acquisition,the practical channels and the cost of hardware are greatly decreased.The measurement and control software was developed based on LabVIEW to implement the testing process control,magnetic moment calculation and data analysis.The test system can be used for remanence measurement of satellites,single equipment and other spacecraft to implement the orbit control system design.It is convenient and flexible to use with high reliability and short development cycle.
