摘    要:采用解耦磁集成方法,结合磁路-电路对偶变换,得到LLC谐振变换器UIU磁芯结构的三线圈磁集成模型。分析了UIU磁芯三线圈磁芯结构,建立UIU磁路-电路等效模型,推导出以UIU磁芯为基础的LLC变换器三线圈集成设计公式。仿真磁通分布表明在缩小体积和减小边缘磁通方面,UIU磁芯结构优于传统EE磁芯结构。使用UIU磁芯结构建立三线圈模型进行瞬态电磁场分析和温度场分析,表明该磁芯结构工作磁通密度和工作温度符合设计要求。设计1台谐振频率180 kHz、输出功率10 W的实验样机,实验结果验证了UIU磁芯结构三线圈模型的适用性和有效性。

Abstract:Based on the decoupling magnetic integration method and combined with the magnetic path-circuit dual transform, a three-coil magnetic integration model of the UIU core structure in an LLC resonant converter is obtained. The structure of the three-coil UIU core is analyzed, the equivalent model of UIU magnetic path-circuit is established, and the three-coil integrated design formula for the LLC converter based on UIU core is deduced. The simulation of flux distribution shows that the UIU core structure is superior to the traditional EE core structure in terms of reduced volume and reduced edge flux. A three-coil model is established based on the UIU core structure to analyze in the transient electromagnetic field and temperature field, indicating that the magnetic flux density and operating temperature accord with the design requirement of the core structure. A prototype with resonant frequency of 180 kHz and output power of 10 W was designed, and experimental results verified the applicability and effectiveness of the three-coil model of UIU core structure.
