脂汰清颗粒对高脂血症兔血清锌、铜、镁的影响

摘    要:目的 探讨脂汰清颗粒对高脂血症兔血清微量元素锌(Zn)、酮(Cu)、镁(Mg)的影响.方法 将1.5 kg~2.0kg普通级雄性新西兰兔随机选取10只作空白对照组,喂普通饲料.余兔按高脂饲料配方1饲喂6周,制成高脂血症模型,再随机分为模型组、脂汰清治疗组、辛伐他汀对照组、山楂精降脂片时照组.从第7周开始,正常组喂全价营养饲料,余组改喂高脂饲料配方2.同时,脂汰清组及两对照组分别给相应溶化药物,空白组和模型组给等量生理盐水.灌胃连续11周后取血清检测微量元素Zn、Cu、Mg.结果 模型组与空白组比较,Zn、Cu、Mg均呈降低趋势(P>0.05).脂汰清治疗组与模型组比较,Zn、Cu、Mg含量轻度上升,且Cu、Mg值超过空白组,但无统计学意义(P>0.05).山楂精降脂片对照组Mg显著升高,与模型组、空白组和辛伐他汀对照组比较,均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 脂汰清颗粒对血清Zn、Cu、Mg元素的调节作用不明显.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effects of Zhitaiqing granule on serum Zn, Cu and Mg in experimental Hyperlipidemic rabbits. Methods Ten New Zealand rabbits were as blank control group fed with normal foods. The rabbits were fed with high fat foods for six weeks, and divided randomly into model group (n= 9), Zhitaiqing granule group(n= 10), simvastatin group (n= 10), and Shanzha-jingzhipian group(n= 10). From the seventh week, rabbits in normal group were fed with the nutrient foods of the full price, while the rest rabbits were fed with high fat foods in another formula. At the same time,dissolvent were fed in Zhitaiqing granule group,simv-astatin group and Shanzhajingzhipian group. Saline were fed by gavage in blank control group and model group. After 11 weeks, the serum Zn,Cu and Mg were detected. Results The levels of serum Zn,Cu and Mg in the model group were lower than that in blank control group, but there was no significantly different(P>0.05). Compared with the model group, the levels of serum Zn,Cu and Mg in Zhitaiqing granule group were increased slightly, but there was no significantly different (P>0.05). The levels of serum Mg in Shanzhajingzhipian group were higher than that in model group,blank control group and simvastatin group(P<0.05). Conclusion Zhitaiqing granule had no significant effects on regulating the serum Zn,Cu and Mg.
