中藏药新方“邦然姆散”的毒理学研究

摘    要:“邦然姆散”的急性毒性:小白鼠半数致死量(LD50)为腹腔给药LD50=9.16g/kg,灌胃给药LD50=146.6g/kg。亚急性毒性:选用大鼠分高、中、低三个剂量组,口服给药(灌胃),连续给药4周。观察指标有肝功能测定(GPT)、肾功能(BUN)、外周血细胞计数、体重增长情况及心、肝、脾、肺、肾、胃、肠等组织学镜检,并与对照组比较,结果说明“邦然姆散”毒性很小,与对照组比较无显著性差异。

Abstract:I Acute toxicity test of Bangranmu powderIP: LD50 = 9.1 6g/kgPO:LD50 = 1 46. 6g/kgII subacute toxicity test of Bangranmu powder: Three different group doses, large moderate andsmall,were given to the rats chosen for test of Bangranmu powder. The rats(PO) have separatinely continual for fourweeks. There were the parameters such as the function of liver(GPT) and kidney (BUN ), the number of RBC andWBC, body weight. Histologic study of heart, liver,spleen, lung, kidney, brian, stomach and intestlne. Compaired withthose of control group, the results showed Bangranmu powder had less toxicity, and no singnificant difference wasfound.
