摘    要:基于PLC的仿真实验教学系统具有成本低、教学内容丰富灵活、设备使用安全、可靠性高及维护方便等特点,可开设包含验证性实验、操作性实验、设计性实验和创新性实验等多种类型的数百种实验,是传统实验教学的有效补充。采用该系统建成的PLC程序设计及仿真调试实验平台,实验效果直观,在激发学生的自主学习兴趣方面发挥着重要作用。对PLC仿真实验教学的具体内容进行了研究,并对其未来发展趋势进行了探索。

Abstract:Simulation experimental teaching system based on program logic controller has the advanta- ges, for example, low cost, variable teaching content, safe equipment, high reliability and easy main-tenance. It can open hundreds of experiments such as verification tests, manipulation tests, design tests and creation tests, as an effective supplement to traditional tests. PLC program design and simu- lation debugging basement established on the basis of the system plays on important role in exciting self-learning interest of the college students with its direct experimental effect. The concrete content of the simulation experimental teaching based on PLC is investigated and the future developing trend is ex- plored.
