摘    要:采用X射线衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜和微区能谱分析等,研究了一种中间包涂料在使用后的显微形貌和物相组成变化,探讨了其变化的原因。认为中间包涂料在使用后生成了大量钙镁橄榄石等低熔点物质是导致涂料烧结严重的主要因素,并提出了生产中间包涂料时少加SiO2微粉以控制涂料热负荷反应的改进建议。

Abstract:The changes of microstructure and phase composition of a used tundish coating were researched by means of XRD,SEM and energy dispersive spectroscopy microanalysis,and the reasons were discussed.A large number of low melting point materials such as monticelite were formed in used tundish coating,which was the main factor of over-sintering.Adding small amount of silica fume is suggested to control thermal load reaction of coating during the production of tundish coating.
