自动夹纱自动清除尾纱锭子的设计

摘    要:为解决目前铝杆锭子结构因留尾纱装置缺陷导致的多次落纱后出现锭盘缠绕纱线多,必须停机进行人工处理的问题,介绍了铝杆锭子与光杆锭子的优势及铝杆锭子现有结构的缺陷;分析了改进设计的一种可自动夹纱、自动清除尾纱、能克服留尾纱装置缺陷的新型结构锭子的动作原理.指出:该结构锭子留头可靠性高,留头率可达98%以上;可实现自动清除尾纱,不需人工清理,可减少停车时间,提高纺纱效率;能减少劳动成本,提高经济效益,值得大力推广.

Abstract:In order to solve the problems which leads to the frame stop for the artificial handling resulting from the overlapping of the spindle whirl after the repeated yarn winding due to the defect of the tail yarn retainning device on the alu-spindle structure,introduction is made to the advantages of the alu-rod spindle and the polished-rod spindle as well as the defects of the former. A new strucured spindle is introduced with auto yarn gripping and auto tail yarn removing with the work-how. Conclusion is made that the new spindle is of good end retainning reliability with the end retainning rate over 98% ,thus auto removing of the tail yarn without additional labor, less frame stop, high spinning rate, less labor cost, high economy effi- ciency. It is worthy of promotion.
