摘    要:利用FLOW-3D软件对镁合金汽车转向管柱支架压铸模具热循环效应进行数值模拟.设计两种不同的冷却水方案,通过模拟,分析了型腔内壁的温度分布和整个模具的温度分布,得出循环水道设计为弯曲结构时为较好的冷却水方案.

Abstract:Thermal circulation in the die-casting die for casting steering column bracket was simulated by the FLOW-3D software. Two cooling water schemes were designed. The temperature distributions of both inside-wall of die cavity and whole mold were analyzed. The simulated results show that circulated water channel with curve structure is the desirable design, which can be a reference to mold design and processing parameter selection.
