| 摘 要： | 目的探讨定量超声骨密度测定诊断老年性骨质疏松的临床价值。方法从我院近两年收治的骨质疏松症患者中随机抽取90例患者作为对象进行研究,患者均接受定量超声骨密度测定诊断,观察诊断结果。结果随着年龄增加,患者超声波传导速度(SOS)、超声波振幅衰减(BUA)及硬度指数(QUI)水平相应下降,不同年龄段患者水平比较存在显著差异(p<0.05);患者QUI下降程度明显大于SOS、BUA(p<0.05)。结论定量超声骨密度测定老年性骨质疏松价值显著,能够作为老年性骨质疏松早期诊断的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the quantitative ultrasonic bone mineral density measurement for the diagno- sis of senile osteoporosis clinical value. Methods 90 patients with osteoporosis treated in our hospital in the past two years, were randomly selected as an object study, and patients were treated with quantitative ultrasound diagnosis of bone mineral density. Results With increasing age, the SOS, BUA and QUI levels decrease, they were significantly different （p 〈 0.05 ） ; the degree of decline was significantly greater than that in patients with QUI SOS, BUA （p 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion The quantitative ultrasonic bone mineral density measurement value of senile osteoporosis sig- nificantly, can be used as a method in early diagnosis of senile osteoporosis. |
