| 摘 要： | 国际金融危机导致国际市场萎缩，人民币升值导致订单流失，国内通货膨胀加大成本压力，加之国际低碳经济的影响，泉州纺织服装业发展面临着巨大困境，转型升级势在必行。文章从泉州纺织服装业转型升级的必要性分析人手，就转型升级的模式、途径作相应分析。

| Abstract: | The international financial crisis led to the international market atrophy, and appreciation of the RMB caused increasing orders loss, domestic inflation caused cost pressure, in addtion to the effect of low carbon economy development. The development of Quanzhou textile garment industry faces enormous difficulties. This paper, based upon the imperative to upgrade from quanzhou textile garment industry, has analysis of the necessity of the transformation and upgrade of the transformation and upgrade mode, and makes the corresponding analysis approach. |
