388例偏头痛临床与EEG分析

目的:探讨偏头痛的临床特点和脑电图(EEG)表现。方法:对388例诊断偏头痛患者进行EEG及临床分析。结果:正常EEG268例(69.07%),异常EEG120例(30.93%)。结论:偏头痛常表现EEG非特异性异常,甚至样放电,但以EEG异常不能代替临床诊断,头痛性癫的诊断必须结合临床表现和EEG检查结果综合判定,并与偏头痛进行鉴别,其些偏头痛可以伴癫发作,两者交叉重叠,极易混淆,对头痛性癫的诊断应慎重。

CLINICAL ANALYSIS OF EEG ON 388 PATIENTS WITH MIGRAINE

Objectives:To explore the clinical feature of migraine and change of EEG.Methods: 388 patients with migraine were detected by EEG and analysed.Results:Normal EEG was 268 cases(69.07%).Abnormal EEG was 120 cases(30.93%).Conclusions:Migraine often show some nonspecific abnormalities in their EEG or epileptic waves.It is not reliable to diagnose epilepsy relying only on an abnormal EEG.The diagnosis of epilepsy with headache should be differentiated from migraine.Some migraine may be associated with clinical epileptic seizure.They can be overlap between migraine and epilepsy making the delineation obscure.It is suggested that the diagnosis of epilepsy with headache be made with caution.
