| 摘 要： | 化云宁系根据中医的活血化瘀治疗原则研制而成,用其治疗角膜瘢痕308例381眼,总有效率为91.3％,显效率为56.7％。无刺激性,用药方法简便。

| Abstract: | The concept that corneal scar is always irreversible is changed by our experiment. Tn 1975, we began Lo use traditional Chin-ese medicine to treat corneal scar on the basis of the principles of activating circulation and relieving stasis, 'Tongmailing" was first used with an effective rate of 80.8%. Owing to the existence of irritation to the tyes,efforts were made to find out a better preparation in 1981, the new chug obtained is called "Haayurining". After pharmacological studies and specification of quality control, the new drug was clinically used to 281 corneal scars in 308 cases with an effective rate of 91.3% without any adverse reaction, It is proved tHat at present "Huayunnmg" is the best drug in the treatment of corneal scar at home and abroad. |
