微创颅内血肿清除术治疗高血压小量脑出血的临床研究

目的:对微创颅内血肿清除术治疗高血压较小量脑出血的疗效进行探讨分析。方法:选取我院高血压较小量脑出血的患者120例,随机分为试验组与对照组。对照组采用一般治疗,试验组在一般治疗的基础上再采用微创颅内血肿清除术。对两组治疗的疗效以及神经功能缺损进行统计学处理。结果:两组在治疗效果方面差异有统计学意义,在神经功能缺损方面差异也有统计学意义。结论:微创颅内血肿清除术治疗高血压较小量脑出血的疗效显著,是治疗高血压较小量脑出血的有效方式。

Clinical research on curing hypertension with a small amount of cerebral hemorrhage by minimally invasive hematoma aspiration

Objective To discuss and analyze the effects of treating hypertension with a small amount of cerebral hemorrhage by minimally invasive hematoma aspiration.Method For 120 cases with a small amount of cerebral hemorrhage caused by hypertension in our hospital were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group.The control group was treated by general treatment,the experimental group was treated by minimally invasive hematoma aspiration on the basis of general treatment.The therapeutic effect and neurologic impairment of the two groups were analyzed statistically.Results The differences in the effects and neurologic impairment of the two groups were significant.Conclusion The effects of minimally invasive hematoma aspiration treating hypertension with a small amount of cerebral hemorrhage is significant,and is a valid method for hypertension with a small amount of cerebral hemorrhage.
