摘    要:针对微型无人机电动力系统对低噪声、高平稳性的要求,对无刷直流电动机换相过程建立数学模型,分析了转矩脉动,提出一种变角度导通的实现方法,即根据电机转速选择合适的导通角度,以补偿无刷直流电动机由于换相引起的转矩脉动.仿真结果表明,转矩脉动量与导通角度的大小不成正比,成凹形关系.相比120.导通方式,采用变角度导通法使脉动幅值减小了35%.结果证明变角度导通法可以有效抑制无刷直流电动机换相转矩脉动,减小噪声,提高微型无人机的平稳性.

Abstract:According to requirements of low noises,high stability for the electrical drives of micro-UAVs,a mathematic model of commutation process in BLDCM was derived to analysis torque ripples.This paper proposed a variable-commutation-angle method,in which conduction angle was varied with speed in order to compensate the commutation torque ripples.Simulation result shows that commutation torque ripples are not proportional to conduction angle,but a concave-relationship between them.Compared with traditional method...
