| 摘 要： | 随着计算机和信息技术的进步，推动各行业创新的各种设想层出不穷，远程医疗活动就是伴随计算机和科学技术的发展而在医院现代化医疗服务中得到广泛应用的一种新的医疗模式。对于远程医疗探索，有利于提高有限的卫生资源利用效率，满足人民群众日益增长的卫生服务需求，使地区之间居民能得到高质量、快捷、便利的医疗咨询服力，并有利于医疗费用的控制。

| Abstract: | With the development of computer and information technology,a new medical treatment pattern appears for modernization medicine treatment service,that is tele-medicine treatment.It can meet the needs of increasing sanitary service of people and effectively use the limited sanitary resource,also it is in favor of the controlling for sanitary cost. |
