| 摘 要： | 借鉴国际经验,从组织框架、采购范围、实施主体、采购机制、成本分摊等方面对上海市公立医院药品集团采购模式进行设计,并提出可能存在的关键问题及实施影响,以期为我国公立医院开展药品集团采购工作提供基本思路。

| Abstract: | Drawing on international experience,this paper designed the procurement model of drug group in Shanghai public hospitals from the aspects of organizational framework,procurement scope,implementation body,procurement mechanism,cost allocation,etc.,and proposed possible key issues and implementation impacts,with a view to provide basic ideas for developing the pharmaceutical group procurement work. |
