The influencing factors and erection process of steel frame skeletons are analyzed in detail. A large phased array radar antenna skeleton of steel structure has large dimensions and weight. With the characteristics of heavy weight, large erection work, and high precision requirements, the latitudes of hoisting unit division, suspension point selection, suspension rope layout, whole process simulation analysis and accounting, precision adjustment method, erection process and personnel distribution are elaborated. Skeleton accuracy index and safety of field erection are guaranteed during the rapid erection of fully assembled steel structures.
