基于DEA-Malmquist方法的重庆市三甲医院科研效率分析

为了解2013-2017年重庆市三甲医院科研效率的整体发展状况及其动态变化情况,采用DEA方法对三甲医院科研效率的整体发展状况进行了评价,并用Malmquist指数对医院科研效率的动态变化进行分析.结果表明:重庆市三甲医院科研的投入产出状况整体上是有效的,但存在部分医院科研效率较低、科研产出明显不足以及规模效率递减等问题.应合理控制科研规模,加强医院间的科研交流与协同创新,加强科研管理的作用,促进全方面科研产出.

Analysis of Scientific Research Efficiency of Chongqing Top Three Hospital Based on DEA-Malmquist Method

To understand the overall development of scientific research efficiency and the dynamic changes of scientific research efficiency in Chongqing Top Three Hospital from 2013 to 2017.The DEA method was used to evaluate the overall development of scientific research efficiency in the top three hospitals.The Malmquist index was used to analyze the dynamic changes of hospital scientific research efficiency.The input and output status of scientific research in the top three hospitals in Chongqing is effective overall,but there are some hospitals with low scientific research efficiency,insufficient scientific research output,and diminishing scale efficiency.It is necessary to rationally control the scale of scientific research,strengthen scientific research exchanges and collaborative innovation among hospitals,strengthen the role of scientific research management,and promote scientific research output in all aspects.
