降低安钢炼铁生产成本研究

结合安钢实际,提出了降低生铁成本的建议:1)实施烧结矿喷洒氯化钙溶液技术,以降低烧结矿的还原粉化率;2)采用高碱度烧结矿加酸性球团矿加少量块矿的合理炉料结构;3)发挥高压操作的作用;4)改善炉渣理化性能,实现低硅铁冶炼;5)使用焦丁并改善焦炭质量。由于采取这些措施,安钢降低吨铁成本17元,焦比降至330 kg/t。

Study on reducing the production cost of ironmaking in Anyang Steel

Some suggestions to reduce the ironmaking cost for Anyang Steel are presented.The suggestions are as follows： 1） adopting calcium chloride spray technology to reduce RDI of sinter;2） optimizing burden design by using ＂high basicity sinter ＋ a small amount of acid pellet＋ lump ore＂;3） making full use of high top pressure operation;4） improving slag properties to smelt low silicon pig iron;5） improving coke quality and using coke nut to reduce coke rate.Thanks to above-mentioned measures the cost of ironmaking in Anyang Steel decreased by 17 RMB per ton of pig iron and coke ratio reduced to 330kg/t.
