SF6断路器回路电阻超标原因分析及处理方法

摘    要:回路电阻是影响断路器运行质量的基本要素之一,通过分析断路器回路电阻值超标的原因,可有效提高设备安全运行的可靠性。贵州电网中110 kV断路器基本为SF6断路器。在预防性试验中发现SF6断路器的A、C相极柱位置偏移造成合闸时,动触头的机械运动行程不到位,从而导致回路电阻超标的异常情况。通过检查分析发现了该异常情况产生的原因,并提出了合理的解决方案。

Abstract:Circuit resistance is one of the basic elements of affecting the quality of circuit breaker operation.Analyzing the causes of breaker circuit resistance exceeding the standard can effectively improve the reliability of the safe operation of the equipment.110 kv circuit breakers in Guizhou power grid mainly are SF6 circuit breakers.In the preventive test,we found that position offset of A and C phase-pole of SF6 the circuit breaker when closing causes mechanical movement of the moving not to reach the designated position,which leads to the anomalies of breaker circuit resistance exceeding the standard.By checking & analyzing the cause and combined with the actual situation,this paper presents a reasonable solution.
